![]() Because we didn't choose to exist, because we don't beleive in reality we're given which is an ideology we refuse, beacause pain and injustices are numerous, violent and unmistakable, because we totally assume freedom as the base of the human existence and because each of our actions is made on its behalf, today, we decide to get out of social grounds where we're quartered and we require from the French state the political autonomy of 93. We are not a party, even less a lobby, we are free artists who chose in consciousness to resist to the system which wants to prevent us from creating, considering our works as subversive. For some the administration of the injustice is bearable, for us it is not it. It is not our fault. Inside, and sometimes publicly, it has been a long time since we recognize no more the laws voted by the parliament and dispute the supreme authority of the president of the republic over our territory. As such, we warn the authorities that it is very likely that we envisage at the moment or the other one the appeal to illegal actions within the framework of a unitarian movement of anarchistic disobedience. We are conscious that our department is not a unique event and that the other suburbs and the provinces remain suffocated by the oppressor and his junta. We know that everywhere in France and in the world people look at us and rappers are also in the fight. From then, all those who recognize themselves in our fight are invited to join us to set up the conditions of the concrete utopia and prepare the independence of their region of origin. 93 would establish at first the laboratory of our revolution lauding among others the self-management, the diminution, the access to drugs and free sex in a pleasant living environment. Being for decades the department the most touched by all the forms of injustices, discriminations and hardships, it seems to us reasonable to make of Seine-Saint-Denis the epicentre of the contesting libertarian and of the sharing of the wealth. It is at the same moment a necessity and a symbol. This communiqué is not written by gaiety of heart and we would have preferred that things take place otherwise, however, given that it is not bearable any more to bear the systematic humiliations, given that our imagination and our subjectivity appear to us as the only reliable and real landmarks, we assert our determination to fight through this text and all our artistic work agains competition, competitiveness, absurd standards and Kafka's bureaucracy, We do not tolerate any more the lies and the masks which are the foundation of the arbitrary and rough order. The big artists and the thinkers who advanced the human civilizations always disputed and refused the societies which, of their living, maintained them in margin. These men and these women drive our acts and our courses, we understand and we feel their art works with empathy and violence; it is thus with sadness and fumes that we look at them as being underestimated and instrumented by institutions which turn their revolt into a simple folklore. We do not understand, and it in spite of steady efforts of understanding and adaptation, why and by what right we should submit ourselves to a system which requires from us the worst ethical renunciations to continue. We are conscious that all the time, each of our actions is determined by an imperative morale implying the whole humanity, this responsibility crushes us and urges us to act as a consequence. That is why, and it as soon as possible, we demand the autonomy of 93, to think again freely, free from the absurd requirements and inequitable constraints, the modes of organization of the contemporary society. Those who understand our works and hear the voice of our dreams will understand, the others, with full knowledge of the facts, will have to take their responsibility. Let's become who we are! E.one de Eskicit & Skalpel from la K.bine. This document is not a political program but a poetic manifesto. As artists we cannot make otherwise than lauding the irresponsibility in this serious world. " The utopia is not a dream, it is what misses in our lives ". Source: www.bboykonsian.com To debate it's this way, and you are also invited to visit these two sites of "unsubmissive friends": www.lak-bine.com & www.rap-conscient.com I think we are going to go and plant palm trees in 93... ;) PEACE!
